Our goal at Stardust Artistry is to provide our clients with high-quality care and professionalism in a timely manner, and in order to do so, we have established the following cancellation policy to ensure all appointments are utilized, and everyone’s time is respected.

At the time of your booking, you will be asked to pay a retainer that will be credited towards the total cost of the service.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, this must be done at least 12 hours prior to your appointment time.

If you cancel or reschedule before the 12 hour mark, prior to your appointment, your retainer will be either refunded or put towards a new appointment.

If you provide less than a 12 hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling your retainer will be kept as a cancellation fee. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, you will be considered a no- show, and your retainer will be kept as a cancellation fee to compensate for the time lost.
